⍰ ASK What are your strategies for effectively managing risks in the trading realm?

My maximum risk affordability is only 0.33% of account size per trade. Yes you have read properly only 0.33% per trade. And I trade only if my Risk : Reward represents 1:3

For example If my trading capital is 500000/- then maximum risk per trade is only 1650/- where minimum reward shall be 4950/- per trade. If I found such trade then only enter into a trade else just wait and study the charts.

In very good market (one way movement) my accuracy remain around 60% overall, where during the reversal my accuracy comes down in between 40% - 50% but still I make money.

Suppose during a huge volatile market my accuracy has come down to 30% only. What do you think what will happen with me? I won’t lose money.

Assume in that month I have entered into 10 trades, where 3 are profitable and 7 are losable trade out of 10. What will be the situation of my account? I won’t lose money.

I am going to lose 7*1650/-=11550/-

I am going to profit 3*4950=14850/-

Gross P/L =3300

This is why I am surviving in the trading field after leaving my job in 2013. If you able to follow my rule trust me you can make money from the market in any market conditoin.

But one thing I must tell you, risk reward ratio is not like you want and it happen. You must know to identify rule based stop loss, rule based entry and rule based target then only you will able to implement my strategy.

And sorry I can’t teach it in an open forum. But you must learn it.
