❌ SCAM Microlightstrade Scam – Avoid This Fake Crypto Investment Platform

Scam flagged website/app or resource
attachment

Microlightstrade is a scam crypto investment platform that claims to offer a range of high return products but is actually designed to con people out of their coins.
The platforms states that it has been in existence since 2015, however the Domain name was only registered at the end of 2022 – an instant red flag that this is a scam operation.
The person who contacted PawProfitForum Team about Microlightstrade had been introduced to the platform by someone who they’d met online.
After a few weeks of building a relationship, their new ‘friend’ raised the subject of investing and mentioned that they’d made significant profits on Microlightstrade.
The victim was persuaded to invest and initially saw profits accumulating in their account. However, when they decided to withdraw some of their funds the problems started.
They found their account blocked and the ‘financial adviser’ who’d they’d been dealing with demanded that they paid a fee to release their funds.
Unfortunately, they stumped up the extra cash, but then the scammers claimed that more money was needed to enable them to release the victim’s money.
These tactics are typical of pig butchering scams and are designed to extract as much money as possible from the victim.
Microlightstrade scam giveaways
The Microlightstrade platform has many of the red flags that are commonly founds on scam websites.
They include:
  • A very new domain name.
  • A Domain Authority (DA) score of 1 mean no inbound links and little traffic.
  • The address given as the company’s UK HQ is not related to Microlightstrade.
  • There are no social media platforms or apps connected with the site.
  • The only contact number is a mobile number.
  • The content is at times grammatically incorrect and makes no sense.
  • Many of the images are scraped from free photo repositories.
  • The profits claimed are unrealistically high. For example, 16% after 24 hours.
I’ve been scammed by Microlightstrade – what can I do?
There are private companies that might be able to help which I’ve written about here.
