How to prevent air pollution related to vehicles?

An inclusive method to keep man-made pollution from automobiles in check and to satisfy the requirements of individual users on the use of mass transport, are the two sides of the same coin: by stepping up from vehicles running on gasoline and diesel to electric and hydrogen fleets in an accelerated manner, a town can get the contaminant away from the air without ceasing smart grid connections and renewable energy purchase, hence, electric charging stations are going to be supported by renewable energy only; also, the change can be reached by improving the city's public transport system through the building of exclusive channels for the rapid bus transit, the provision of buses that meet the demand of the travelers and hardly require any response time, and further building of light rail, longdistance passengers who, due to the provision of such equipment, are capable of evacuating the city more frequently and reliability because they share less of the emissions per person; for city planning, the mixed-use development of the area, the complete redesign of streets for the sake of various activity, and the people-friendly and comfortable connections for walking and cycling constitute the urban fabric up to the level where most people think that walking and cycling are their preferred modes of transportation, thus, vehicular traffic is further reduced.

In addition, ride-sharing like Uber, Taxify, and MaaS would bring money-saving opportunities by wisely using mobile apps where congestion charges and parking lot cuts are necessary, while at the same time using work-from-home technology and flexible hours; the enforcement of the guidelines on air pollution through continuous strict air quality rules passage, the imposition of carbon tax, extraction duties, if necessary, and the compulsory implementation of emission tests in the environment that ensure the pollution caused by the transportation sector will be minimized as a result, the manufacturing of cleaner engines will be the aim of the business sector

Finally, the organized information to the general public concerning the economic advantages of owning less polluting vehicles, together with possible monetary and financial support from government programs, leads people to the adoption of a sustainable way of living and a change in their mindset. So, what are some other innovative ways to reduce air pollution?

To be honest, moving to electric and hydrogen-powered vehicles seems like the way of the future, but it must coexist with improved city planning and public transportation. I think light rails and bus lanes are great ideas because they reduce traffic and make traveling much easier. Additionally, I believe that more people would give up their cars without hesitation if cities were designed to make biking and walking feel natural. Although ride-sharing applications are cool, in order to encourage automakers to produce cleaner engines, we also need tougher pollution regulations and taxes. Ultimately, what will truly change the game is educating people about the financial and health benefits of making greener decisions.
