A few days ago I sent funds (BTC) to the well-known site. The funds were successfully validated in the blockchain, but my balance on the site is still zero. This problem occurred a few days ago. Despite repeated calls to technical support, I have not received a response. Reaching customer service directly is almost impossible.

P.S. Please help me to pass this information to staff. I am not the only one who has encountered a similar problem. In X, users massively complain about a similar situation. Let's jointly try to draw the attention of administration to this problem. I don't see any other way to get their attention than crypto forums.

Problem solved, no further complaints. My funds were credited to my account, after which I successfully withdrew them.
