The quoted price included the exam, but imaging was an additional cost. Since I'm not in this industry, I'm not sure how I could have known this, and nobody bothered to let me know beforehand.
If you are completely covered or don't mind unexpected extras, this is a great place with great staff. Otherwise, try to pay in advance so they can't smuggle in any charges.
