Ethereum Beacons, aka Total Revenue, is a scam crypto platform that’s duping would-be investors out of their cash with the promise of large profits.
The person who contacted PawProfitForum Team about this platform had lost a significant amount of money after being encouraged to invest by someone who’d they’d met online.
Once they’d parted with their cash they saw profits accumulate in their account. But when they tried to withdraw their money they were blocked from doing so.
The scammers demanded fees to release the funds but fortunately the victim refused to pay and avoided losing any further money.
Ethereum Beacons scam giveaways
The Ethereum Beacons platform is rudimentary and lacks any of the information and regulatory statements you’d expect from a legitimate trading platform.
This should be an automatic red flag for anyone considering investing on this platform.
It mainly operates as a DApp alongside the website, with the scammers running a WhatsApp group populated by fake posts about financial success to convince victims to invest.
Again, the promise of huge profits and tales of instant riches should be enough to warn off many investors from getting involved.
There are other things wrong with this platform, including:
- A very new domain name.
- No social media profiles.
- A Domain Authority (DA) score of 1 – the lowest possible.
- No information about the team behind the platform or where they’re based.
- Multiple reports about the platform being a scam on various forums.
In case of crypto fraud you should always keep a note of as many details as possible to give to the authorities when you report the scam.
However, it’s very difficult to get your money back as the scammers are adept at hiding their identity.
There are also private companies that might be able to help which I’ve written about here.
