❌ SCAM Cmncoins Crypto Investment Scam: Fake Platform Lures In Victims

Scam flagged website/app or resource
attachment

Cmncoins – or simply CMN – is a scam crypto trading platform that claims to offer digital currency products together with investments in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) sector.
However, no actual investing takes place and this fake site is purely designed to con people into depositing cash or crypto which will then vanish.
Victims of the Cmncoins scam are usually approached by a stranger online who strikes up a friendship before ‘revealing’ a fantastic investment opportunity.
Some victims are encouraged to convert cash for crypto on a legitimate site before depositing it in a wallet connected with this scam platform.
They may initially be shown ‘profits’, but these are fake and designed to get the victim to invest more.
Often, the victim only finds out they’ve been scammed when they try to withdraw their funds from the platform.
At this time their account will be blocked, and the scammers will try to extract more cash from them by claiming they need to pay a free to unlock their funds and profits.
This is just another attempt at stealing more cash from the victim who, if they pay the fee, will lose even more money.
Cmncoins – red flags that it’s a scam
There are many things wrong with the Cmncoins website which reveal it to be a scam.
They include:
  • Crude, amateurish design complete with pixelated images.
  • Mixed messages about what the platform actually offers.
  • A Domain Authority (DA) ranking of 1 which means the site has no inbound links.
  • A very new domain name.
  • No company information or details about the team members.
  • No real content on the platform.
  • No reviews or discussions about the site online.
  • No social media channels or official apps.
These issues and several others point to this being 100% a scam platform that you should avoid.
Information for Cmncoins scam victims
If you’ve lost money to the Cmncoins scam you may be wondering if it’s possible to get you cash back.
Unfortunately, it’s very hard to trace the scammers, but you should still report what’s happened to the police.
However, there are private companies that might be able to help which I’ve written about here.
