⍰ ASK Are there any restrictions on the types of businesses that can be incorporated in the UK?

In the UK the law (Companies Act 2006) lets all kinds of businesses start up. This gives a lot of freedom to different entrepreneurs and businesses, like those in tech, finance, shops, or services.

Some businesses have to follow special rules. For example money services, healthcare, and legal services have their own rules. Companies doing these things might need extra permissions from the people who make these rules.

If a. business is doing things that are against the law , they might get stopped. The law and other rules say how businesses should behave, and companies have to follow these rules and do things in a good way.
