❌ SCAM Ama6677 Fake Crypto Trading Scam: Avoid This Platform And App

Scam flagged website/app or resource
attachment

Ama6677 is a scam crypto trading app and website that’s been doing the rounds for a couple of months now and is still managing to catch people out.
The website features the most rudimentary of designs, and is more of a landing page for people who’ve been hooked into the scam via social media.
Victims are contacted out of the blue before being tricked into investing in a Bitcoin/crypto trading platform that promises huge returns in a short space of time.
How the Ama6677 scam works
Once the victim has funded their ‘investment’ account, usually by transferring crypto from a legitimate exchange to the scammers’ platform, they’ll be shown fake trades in their name.
Their profits will increase rapidly, giving them the impression that they’re about to receive a huge pay day.
But when the victim comes to withdraw their funds they’ll find their account locked.
The scammers will then demand a large percentage of their new account balance, including fake profit, in order to release their money.
If victims pay the ‘commission’ they’ll lose this as well and never see any of their cash.
How to tell the Ama6677 platform is fake
As usual with these kinds of scam, there are many things that give it away.
They include:
  • A very new domain name, registered within the last couple of months.
  • Poor website design, including pixelated graphics.
  • No content on the site, or company details/contact information.
  • No social media channels.
  • No reviews online, aside from the odd scam report.
  • Bold claims on the website designed to inflate the legitimacy of the platform.
  • Victims are befriended via social media before being directed to the Ama667 website.
Many people are still falling for the Ama6677 so please be aware that this is 100% fake.
Always thoroughly research any platform that involves a financial transaction, whether in the crypto sector or otherwise.
