What is WALK Token (WALK)?

WALK Token (WALK) is a utility token within the SuperWalk ecosystem. It is distributed to SuperWalk users who walk, jog, or run with their shoe NFTs, promoting a healthier lifestyle. Within the SuperWalk ecosystem, WALK primarily serves the following purposes:

• In-app item purchase including shoe skin, potion and Super Stone
• Shoe NFT minting and level up

  SuperWalk is a blockchain reward-based Move-To-Earn service that rewards users for physical activity. SuperWalk is a Web 3.0-based fitness platform for users who are concerned about forming healthy exercise habits. Users can earn daily token rewards simply by walking or running.with the reward amount varying based on factors such as mode, shoe type, rarity, stats and etc. What sets SuperWalk apart is its ability to attract users not only from the existing Web3 ecosystem but also from the native Web2 landscape, thanks to its Dual Mode: Basic Mode and Pro Mode.

How Many WALK Tokens Are There in Circulation?

WALK Token was created on July 8, 2022. There is no vesting plan for the token; it will always be distributed based on users' activity within the ecosystem. As more users join the ecosystem and engage in exercise, the distribution of WALK will increase, and vice versa. Unlike other X2E project utility tokens, which are infinitely minted regardless of their actual user base, WALK is strictly managed based on the user base. After its launch, the SuperWalk team was able to achieve over 10K+ Daily Active Users (DAU) in September 2023.

How Can I Get WALK Token?

There are two ways to acquire WALK Token. One is by actively participating in the SuperWalk ecosystem and engaging in exercises with shoe NFTs. By doing so, you will not only lead a healthier lifestyle but also earn WALK Tokens.

The other option is to purchase the token on a cryptocurrency exchange. WALK Token is available on the KlaySwap Protocol, the top decentralized exchange in the Klaytn ecosystem. Additionally, following the SuperWalk team's announcement of BNB multichain support in September, WALK Token will also be listed on native BNB Chain DEX.
