What makes IDRISS unique?​

The project is entirely self-funded through revenue and grants from Gitcoin, Optimism, and Mantle, with no involvement from VCs and fully owned by the community. All apps are open-source under the GPLv3 license.

What's next for IDRISS?​

After 2.5 years of continuous development and progressive decentralization, IDRISS evolves into a DAO and shares ownership with the community through a fair launch planned for January 2025.

What can IDRISS be used for?​

IDRISS is the utility and governance token of IDRISS DAO. Project revenue streams will be distributed via permissionless smart contracts to users and token holders who perform specific actions as a form of compensation for their participation. The details of this decentralized revenue sharing mechanism will be determined by the IDRISS DAO in Q2 2025. Additionally, token holders have voting rights under an Optimistic Governance framework.
